I haven't posted in a long time. I've been busy working on costumes for A's and J's spring musical with the church choir. They had their first performance last night, another performance tonight and the final show tomorrow during Sunday School. It's a really cute show called "The Perils of Paul". I'll have the songs from the show running through my head pretty consistently for the next week or so.
With the costumes out of the way I've been back to work on the Lattice Lace Wrap. There. I gave it an official name. I have eight pattern repeats done. I previously reported that I thought ten repeats would do it. I don't know what I was smoking when I said that because it looks like ten might be enough for half of the wrap! I'm also now sure that I will use both skeins of Alpaca Cloud that I bought - and all of the beads.
I also had a great idea about how I could get to see the wrap knitted in a different color. You'll have to stay tuned to find out the details because I'm not telling yet.
I started putting together the project page. It's going to take me a couple of days to get it all together. For one thing, I have to pull together the specs on the materials I used. That means searching for bead packaging. It's a little late right now for me to concentrate on anything new so I'll work on that more tomorrow.
Maybe I'll go get a couple more rows done on the wrap before beddy bye time!
